Biceps - Seated concentration curls
Triceps - Tricep kickbacks
Shoulders - Seated overhead presses
Back - Bent over rows (one knee on chair)

For a stronger tricep exercise, do chair dips with your feet on another chair.

You need to eat extra protein.
Protein shakes should be drank (drunk?) within 2 hours of a workout.</description>

		<description>After cutting through all of the crap that we hear from everywhere, the only way you can possibly achieve that is not by doing strenuous workouts but by cutting down your calorie intake. I don&#039;t know how much you currently weigh, but no amount of exercise can help you lose weight. I would cut out most meats from your diet [which can add up ridiculously fast], and turn to other foods [not diet foods, no one will ever follow that].</description>
